Isolated afternoon storms possible through Wednesday, near average temperatures
We are waking up to temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s this morning with just a few isolated showers and storms are good 60 miles southeast of DFW.
These are moving away from us. I can't rule out a pop-up shower or storm during Peak heating today and tomorrow, as an upper level low pressure system spins just to our east.

Dallas Zoo closed today due to storm damage - KRLD NewsCrews are laboring at the Dallas zoo today...cleaning up following yesterday's storms. The zoo reports significant tree damage and says there is debris all over the property and power was knocked out. Fortunately no one was hurt. And the animals habitats are ok, no damage reported there. Zoo employees are working to clean up the damage and hope to reopen the Zoo tomorrow.
