Like all iterations of the Ford Mustang to come before it, the new seventh-generation model will spawn a host of different variants catering to all kinds of different buyers. It’s not just the typical Shelby variants that are around the corner either as Ford is apparently in the midst of developing a safari-style Mustang wearing the Raptor nameplate.claims that Ford is looking to ‘Raptorize’ as many of its models as possible.
If all of this pans out to be true, then tempted buyers should start saving up as the car won’t be cheap. In fact, it could start at around $90,000, a premium of roughly $33,000 over the Dark Horse and more than $10,000 pricier than the previous-generation Mustang Shelby GT500.
