Ipswich Town dropped points for the second time in four days on Tuesday night as they drew with Rotherham United
Ipswich Town remain eight points clear of Leeds United in the race of automatic promotion, but the events of the last few days ensure the door to the top two appears well and truly ajar. Before last weekend, Ipswich were cruising at the top of the division, alongside Leicester City, having dropped points on just two occasions.

You don’t want to concede early in the game against a team like Rotherham. It gave them momentum and atmosphere and something to hang on to. It made the challenge even bigger.
