One of the most controversial anime series is going on hiatus!

✖ When fans of anime take the opportunity to think of controversial anime that have landed on the airwaves in recent years, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better example than Interspecies Reviewers. With the series first hitting the medium of manga in 2016 and receiving an anime adaptation that was short-lived in 2020, it seems that the creator of the series will be taking a break from this spicy story as it continues to run within Yen Press.

The Official Twitter Account for Monthly Dragon Age shared the unfortunate news that the release of the next chapter of the series was postponed thanks in part to the"poor physical condition" of creator Dr. Masha, promising to update fans when the manga series will resume publication: If you're unfamiliar with the story of this controversial series, Yen Press released the official description of Interspecies Reviewers to catch you up to speed:
