The head of Interpol has warned that temporary organised crime groups are forming using a dark web version of the 'Yellow Pages'. Criminals are listing their skills and kingpins are selecting them based on the desired crime. This change in criminality is making it challenging for law enforcement to apprehend those responsible for fraud, drug trafficking, weapon smuggling, and targeting vulnerable individuals.
