Four of the SHA’s senior leaders have left or announced departures since October, including previous CEO Scott Livingstone.

He is expected to depart in May along with Karen Earnshaw, his administrative counterpart in integrated rural health, who is to retirie that month.Will is an SHA vice-president who was shuffled into the CEO position in December. He did not agree to an interview, but sent a prepared statement. The SHA’s board continues a search for Livingstone’s permanent replacement. The SHA issued a request for proposals last month, seeking qualified search firms to serve as consultants in the seach. The search for a COO will begin after the position is filled, Will wrote.

“It’s something that I would worry about if I were on the board on the SHA. And I would also worry about it if I were the premier of the province,” Lewis said.
