For years Carol Vorderman has graced our TV screens, so it's hard not to notice her impressive figure.
Last year, the 62 year-old travelled to Portugal where she took part in the exclusive Juicy Master Retreat that promises to "relax, recharge and rejuvenate" guests. The mum-of-two documented the experience on social media for followers, and after finishing she said felt "stronger, more flexible and happy as can be".
Fellow celebrity pals Louise Redknapp and Dame Kelly Holmes were found commenting, saying she looked "stunning" and "amazing". While another commented hailed her as "an inspiration to us all". She described being "put through her paces" by personal trainer Gemma and has even been joined for a workout by fellow TV presenter Alex Scott.She also followed a juice diet made up of "the finest freshly extracted juices and blends", designed to rejuvenate and detox the body. However, she was still able to to enjoy meals out and take advantage of the Portuguese cuisine.
