On Thursday, The New York Times reported that Trump had been offered the chance to testify in Manhattan court next week, a sign an indictment may be on its way.

Thursday, Kinzinger, who previously represented the 16th Congressional District in Illinois, was asked if he thought the potential indictment would impact Trump's 2024 campaign run.
