Walking: Walking at any pace can improve your mental health.“You can adjust your walking pace to best suit your needs and goals,” says Davies. “A higher intensity level of walking may not be possible for everyone, for example if you experience muscle or, but going on regular walks at a faster pace is more likely to see results such as increased fitness levels at a faster rate.”
However, as with everything, if you want to get a faster pace, you have to keep doing it.
