You can find some incredible bargains - including designer clothes - at charity shops
I've always been a fan of the likes of jumble sales and car boot sales but as the cost of living crisis hits home the competition is greater as more and more people are looking for the best bargains. I've found some incredible items in charity shops - like a stunning Wedgwood plate for just £2 - and find it hard to resist the urge to walk inside whenever I pass one.
Considering games these days typically set you back about £20 I don't know why anyone would buy one brand new. Ok so second-hand ones might have the odd scuff but charity shops only sell games or jigsaws that are complete and what child would notice the occasional fold on a card?
