Deficient to the point where there are entitled to be concerns over the decision-making process at every game for the rest of the season.
This is Maxwell’s way of telling us we’re not bright enough to know what we’re watching. He lost me at “key external stakeholders”. Who, or what, are they precisely? Perhaps I’m guilty of being part of the “convenient blame culture” Maxwell wrote about in his statement while urging more focus on “entertainers rather than on-field facilitators”.
