'I made three meals for under £2 with my air fryer'
Combine the paprika in a bowl with herbs and garlic granules if using, together with ½ salt and ½ tsp ground black pepper. Scatter on to a plate.Air fryer and cook skin side down for 10 minutes at 180C.Check they are cooked by piercing the thickest part of the thigh with a knife to see if the juices run clear.Cook chips in the air fryer for approximately 15 minutes or according to packet instructions. Garnish with rocket and serve.
Lynsey's verdict: "Chicken tastes SO much better when cooked in an air fryer and these thighs were a great price, around 90p each. "It only took a few minutes to marinade and throw them in the air fryer so this was super easy to make."Served with chips and a bit of salad, this is a great pick me up for a cold winter's day."
