Mum-of-four Jo Noad is sleeping in her caravan on her drive and says her children are kept awake at night
A mum of four is living in a caravan on her own driveway due to her "noisy neighbours" and says she is "at her wits end."
Jo said: "It's 24 hours a day, it goes on all night and into the early hours of the morning, it's keeping me awake, keeping my children awake, my kids have had to take time off school and college because of it. She continued: "I've had to contact the police multiple times but still nothing is done, I feel as though nobody is willing to help me because the property the neighbour lives in isn't council it's privately owned.
A spokesperson for Leeds City Council said: “Nobody should have to be the victim of anti-social behaviour. We take reports such as this very seriously.
