Officials across the state have also been making decisions specific to these populations. Homeless people arefrom the “shelter in place ordinances” currently being enforced in some Northern California counties.
Gordillo, 33, is a mother of three children, two girls and one boy, all under the age of 15. While her husband works at a community store , she takes care of her special-needs children.
