'I’m a foodie and make a whole Sunday roast beef in my Air Fryer - here's how'
She says: “If you like your beef rare, don't add any time.
“For medium-rare add 5 mins, medium add 10 mins, medium-well done add 15 mins, well done add 20 mins.” She advises those following her recipe to air fry the beef at 210 degrees for five minutes to act as though you’re searing it in a pan.You’ll then need to rest the cooked joint of meat for at least 20 minutes under foil before serving.
The closing moments of the video show her carving the meat to reveal a medium rare finish after cooking for 31 minutes.One shared: “Finally someone seasons the meat before putting in the air fryer!”Someone else said: “This looks yummy! I do mine in the slow cooker all day and can’t even slice it because it literally just falls apart.”
