Former This Morning host Phillip Schofield is the latest name to enter the running. It could be more than just a rumour too with bookies offering odds of just 11/10 that he will go into the jungle.Chronicle Live reports that when speaking on This Morning in November 2002, Phillip said he'd be up for doing the Ant and Dec hosted show, but added: "But the answer is currently no. I was asked. I’m asked all the time. No, not yet. Never say never to anything.
The 32-year-old even tweeted that he wanted to go on the show last year. He said: "Why am I not doing I’m a celeb this year 3 years on a trot. Always the bookies favourite.
