Two people have been left with bite injuries in Warrington, in the latest report of an attack linked to the XL Bully breed
Cheshire Police have launched an investigation and appealed for any witnesses to come forward after the attack in the Birchwood area of Warrington last Tuesday afternoon.
The victim was walking his dog while riding a mobility scooter when they were attacked by another dog off its lead, police said. The victim was bitten as he tried to protect his dog and a second man who tried to intervene was also attacked, police said. PC Victoria Taylor said: “I understand this may cause concern in the community and we are working hard to try and locate the dog and its owner.
