National Highways is trying to reunite a large piece of machinery found by the side of the busy A14 in Northamptonshire with its owner. The huge chunk of metal is believed to be part of agricultural machinery.
The lost load is part of a Kverneland TS-drill, a large piece of machinery used to cultivate ground and sow seeds. However, it is not known how it landed unnoticed by the side of the road.Tens of thousands of items are found on National Highways roads every year, often causing obstructions and potentially posing a danger to road users.
