Chad Daybell's home was searched Tuesday in relation to the investigation into Lori Vallow's two missing children.
Chad Daybell, the husband of Lori Vallow, who is charged with desertion in the disappearance of two of her children last year, was taken into custody Tuesday, Idaho authorities said.
Hagen did not provide additional details about the warrant, which was sealed. Media were not allowed near the home during the search. In a December statement, police said that Vallow and Daybell were refusing to cooperate with the investigation into the missing children, which began in November, and that they had left the state.After Vallow and her husband were found in Hawaii, she was arrested in February and extradited to Idaho on charges of desertion and nonsupport of dependent children. She is being held on a $1 million bond.Vallow is also being investigated in the death of her husband's former wife, Tammy Daybell.
