Stroud and Kentucky’s Will Levis for the pool of QB-needy teams in the top 10. If the Raiders aren’t sold on either or simply aren’t in position to draft one of them, Tennessee’s Hendon Hooker and Stanford’s Tanner McKee are projected to be Day 2 picks.
