The three final parent-kid dance teams will compete for the $100,000 grand prize.
CBS said the show will start with an “epic dance” by the judges and choreographers to the song “Levitating” by Dua Lipa featuring Da Baby.
“Then, the three final kid-parent dance teams perform encores of the judges’ favorite routines from the season and a brand-new routine with the most difficult choreography yet, with the winning duo taking home the $100,000 grand prize!”Avery and Jack of Phoenix, Arizona. Avery is 11. His dad Jack is a network engineer.Kennedy and Justin of Stafford, Virginia. Kennedy is 10. Her dad Justin is a public information officer.
The show features talented young dancers competing with their untrained parent. Grammy Award-winning songwriter Philip Lawrence hosts the series which features music from popular artists across all genres. Judges are dancer and actresses, Jenna Dewan; professional celebrity dancer Dexter Mayfield; and renowned hip hop choreographer Tricia Miranda.
