“I don’t like to be greasy when I’m doing a makeup look, I love to control where that sheen and dewiness is going to be,” she says. To create a base, use an oil-free moisturizer, a layer of SPF, and a foundation that’s not too “moist-looking,” she instructs. The idea is matte, but notmatte–especially when setting your makeup at the end.
