“Saturday Night Live” star Horatio Sanz was accused last year by a woman who claimed he sexually assaulted her when she was 17.
The accuser filed legal papers on Tuesday naming the three men in connection to the suit, which was originally filed in August 2021.
When contacted by NBC, a spokesperson told The Post, “Regardless of Jane Doe’s changing narratives, NBC intends to renew its motion to dismiss.”The Post has reached out to reps for Morgan, Fallon and Michaels for comment.NBCU Photo Bank/NBCUniversal The woman claimed that “The Tonight Show” host, 47, and the “30 Rock” comedian, 53, were also at these parties and reportedly allowed the inappropriate behavior to occur.
