While encouraging their international online concertgoers to stay up until midnight local time on Friday, June 12, before their new single"No Song Without You" officially drops, Andy Clutterbuck and James Hatcher brought the tender tune to life. While social distancing in their London studio, Hatcher confined himself in the clear recording booth and performed on the keyboard, while Clutterbuck sat on the mustard couch right outside and strummed along on his guitar.
"Some of these lyrics are taken from the speech I made at my wedding," Clutterbuck said while introducing the song. He also described married life as"fantastic" when one fan inquired in the comments section."The best thing I’ve ever done," he said. The two also stripped down"Warm on a Cold Night,""Day 1" and"Good Together" for their half-hour acoustic set.
