“There is literally no safe place for our young people, or all people, right now in the city of Cleveland or in our country,” said the executive director of the Cleveland Peacemakers Alliance. “We have to figure out how to reimagine public safety.'

Porter said he does not believe the residents of Cleveland hold city leaders accountable for ongoing crime.
