HAYWARD — A 20-year-old man has been charged with a felony count of distributing explicit pictures and video of his ex-girlfriend from high school, court records show.
Eric Flores, of Hayward, was charged in late September with one count felony charge of possessing and/or distributing child pornography, and one misdemeanor count of distributing an image of a body part to cause distress, court records show. He has been released on $50,000 while the case is pending, but ordered to stay away from minors and the alleged victim.
Flores was later called to the police department to make a statement, admitted to uploading the pictures and said he knew that they depicted a minor, according to court records.
