franchises, Lucius Malfoy, played by Jason, struck fear into the hearts of children across the globe with his signature sneer and vicious demeanour.The four-part, 60-minute episodes will follow the life of a young Archibald Alexander Leach as he grows up in extreme poverty in Bristol in the early 1900s and deals with losing his older brother before becoming one of Tinseltown's best-known leading men.
Archibald, who changed his name Cary Grant after signing a contract with Paramount in 1931, starred in movies including An Affair To Remember, To Catch a Thief and Bringing Up Baby. The superstar actor, who died in 1986, aged 82, had an elegant swagger as well as brilliant comedic skills that set him apart as a performer.
The series has been approved and made with the blessing of Grant's daughter, Jennifer Grant, and his ex-wife, Dyan Cannon, who serve as executive producers.
