Cobb, who suffers from dementia, was last seen at his home in the 1200 block of N. 15th Street. He left his home and when family checked on him, he was unable to be located, according to Harrisburg police.Anyone with information on Cobb’s whereabouts is asked to contact Harrisburg police at 717-558-6900.
