The vote caps what Council President Danielle Bowers described as a “publicly arduous process” for city leadership to come to an agreement on how to spend the remaining federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.

The vote caps what Council President Danielle Bowers described as a “publicly arduous process” for city leadership to come to an agreement on how to spend the remaining $31.4 million in federal American Rescue Plan Act funding.
