The 19-year-old died at the scene in Calderdale when the white Seat Ibiza he was travelling in collided with the wall shortly after 11.15pm on Friday.
Officers are appealing for anyone who was driving in the area or lives in the vicinity of Halifax Road and Brown Lane to check their dashcam or CCTV for any relevant footage that could assist with the investigation. MCET officers are also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the white Seat Ibiza on Halifax Road or being driven in the area prior to the collision.
