Tourist Karen Hodgin claims the property 'fails in a number of health and safety areas' and is an 'absolute disgrace'
A hotel guest has spoken of her disgust at what she labelled the 'derelict' state of her holiday apartment in Blackpool. Karen Hodgin booked for a night at the two-bedroom Tower Suite Serviced Apartment on Talbot Road, right in the heart of the resort's main tourist hub.
Karen, who has demanded a full refund is yet to receive a reply from the owner or Booking.com, said in the email: "This property fails a number of health and safety areas, and to be honest is not as described on the website. The furious gusted rounded off her message posing a question to the owner: "Ask yourself would you have liked a stay here and would you be happy to have paid £194 for the privilege?"
