Grimsby Town FC confirmed the club had reached out to police regarding the incident which happened on a train
A number of Grimsby Town FC fans are accused of the "most appalling" Hillsborough chants on a train after attending a match on Merseyside.
Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is a prominent far-right and anti-Islam activist. Grimsby Town were on Merseyside on Saturday where the club played Tranmere Rovers in a 2-2 draw. Chris Jackson, managing director at TransPennine Express, said: "We were made aware of anti-social behaviour on-board one of the trains between Warrington and Manchester last weekend. The incident has been referred to British Transport Police and we will continue to work with officers to assist any subsequent investigation."
