A 300-year-old grade II listed building in Watford could soon be back in use as it has gone on the market.

Frogmore House, in Lower High Street, underwent a £2 million refurbishment in 2020 before it was put up for sale with a £950,000 guide price in 2023.

Following the auction, the new owners have today put it on the market for lease via estate agent Perry Holt with a £10,000 rent per month.The brochure does not specify a set use for the building once it is rented out and it is marketed separately as both a “Use Class E is a broad category and also includes a wide variety of commercial uses including as offices, many types of shops, cafes, creches, and GP offices to name just a few.

The property, first built in 1716, has a large garden with gated parking and office space over three floors.
