Google is fixing a long-standing problem with its Google Photos Android app.
Prior to this update, Android users would have to search the main feed for each photo they want to delete and move them to the trash from there instead.
Unfortunately, the fix is currently limited to private albums, so if you want to delete a photo from within a shared album, you’ll still have to do it the old way. No such restriction exists for iOS and Web users.
