Three days on since Gogglebox star George Gilbey sadly died in a workplace accident, his grieving loved ones have set up a fundraiser to try and pay for his upcoming funeral
Just days after Gogglebox star George Gilbey sadly fell to his death in a workplace accident, his friends have rallied around his grieving mother in the hopes of raising enough money to pay for his funeral.
Sadly, the tragic loss comes just three years on since George’s mum Linda lost her husband and his step-father, Pete, with the surviving family now faced with the additional and unexpected task of paying for his funeral and giving him the send-off he deserves. Set up by Rob Barlow, a message on the site currently reads: “I’ve been asked on behalf of Linda George’s mum to set up this go fund me page so we can give George the send off he deserves. I know his passing has come to a shock for a lot of people, he was such a big character in life and is going to be sorely missed by friends, family and all who knew him.
