Lurgan Blues encouraging young supporters to come along to home games in November and December
Glenavon have launched an initiative to encourage a new generation of fans to come to Mourneview Park.
For the months of November and December all under-12s will receive free entry to the Lurgan Blues' home league games as they look for the 12th man to give them a lift. There hasn't been much for Glenavon fans to cheer so far this season with the club parting company with long-serving manager Gary Hamilton last month after a poor start to the new campaign.New boss Stephen McDonnell is yet to taste victory in the league, but the club is hoping that will happen sooner rather than later with an increased backing from the fans.
