A festival which offers the "ultimate fitness test" for gymgoers is coming to Glasgow this weekend . Proving Grounds UK, a renowned Scottish fitness festival will offer over 500 elite athletes from across the UK the chance to experience and compete in a unique 2-day fitness event at the SEC arena.
With a professionally designed course, the Gauntlet offers a unique combination of strength, endurance and hard work that provides the "ultimate fitness test" for gym enthusiasts who want to push themselves in an accessible but competitive arena. This will take place on the Sunday and competitor Andy Black is excited to try and take the world record that is currently held by Stefan Solvi Petursson of Iceland.
