The derelict Shawbridge Arcade in Pollokshaws has been earmarked for demolition, with plans now approved for a new 71-flat development on the site.
Plans to transform the former Shawbridge Arcade in Glasgow's south side into a new 71-home development have been green lit.
The ground and first floor will be used as offices for Wheatley Group. Meanwhile, 28 parking spaces and cycle storage will also be included in the plans.
