We tried six delicious dishes from Glasgow's newest Vietnamese street food restaurant Pho, and we were not disappointed! The new city centre spot opened just two days ago, as dozens lined up for a bite to eat.We were lucky enough to try a some dishes ahead of the opening on Friday, March 8. The new street food spot is located on the corner of Renfield Street and St Vincent Street - just a ten minute walk from Glasgow Central Station.
We had a taste of the brisket Pho which was fantastic, the beef and noodles were very hearty and aromatic. Next up we tried the prawn summer rolls which were incredibly fresh, the peanut sauce on the side was the perfect touch - then it was the chicken wings which were decent, you can never go wrong!
All in all we had a great dining experience, the interior and atmosphere were top-notch - we urge fellow Glasgow foodies to head along for some fresh, authentic Vietnamese dishes. We tried the hidden gem outdoor taco spot less than half an hour from Glasgow and were blown away
