The not-for-profit organisation, started by Mick Gallagher and Caroline Smart, teaches both mat-based and chair yoga in community centres located across Glasgow.
A Glasgow group have been bringing yoga to the working class areas of the city for free to improve residents' mental and physical health.
"A lot of the people we teach are aged between their 40s and mid 80s. We have people suffering with chronic pain from fibromyalgia, post-heartache or after cancer treatment, so we are offering them manageable exercise. "I went to a community class to practice yoga and I realised there was no working class men teaching yoga so that's how I got into teaching it."
