The full moon - and sunrise - across Glasgow stunned locals 😍🙌
Over the past couple of nights, people across Glasgow may have noticed that the full moon has been out shining bright as it lights up our skies.
Whilst snow is soon set to land on our cars and roads within hours, people have been busy snapping pictures of the moon ahead of the change in weather. And right now, it's all about the worm moon with Glasgow locals snapping pictures of some pretty breathtaking views. But what is this? Here is what you need to know.
Taking to Twitter one local user said: "The moon is looking absolutely stunning this morning hanging low over the squinty bridge. The sun coming up through the city centre grid system is gorgeously bright & yellow. #Glasgow You'll have to take my word for it, don't want my driver to think I'm a weirdo. Or a tourist."
Whilst people snapped photos of the stunning site, many may not have realised that there is a reason that the moon has been standing out so much.
