Glasgow foodbank users who 'go days without eating' and 'can't feed their families' have slammed Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng's 'mini-budget'.
Alex Gibb, 43, said: “I’m using a food bank because I’m unable to work and on benefits. I’m being put on Universal Credit despite the fact I fractured my spine and I’m not fit to work. Mum-of-four Ana Maria Ioana, 34, works for 16 hours a week as a cleaner but still doesn’t make enough to feed her family.
