Ajay Kumar has been left at risk of flopping in BBC's Great British Menu after serving the judges 'undercooked' lobster in the fish round.

The 19th season of the popular BBC cooking competition, which premiered earlier this year, sees celebrated chefs vying to secure a place cooking at the prestigious Great British Menu banquet. The theme of this year is the Olympics and Paralympics, with the chefs hoping to cook at a banquet that will treat the UK's athletes before they head to the Paris 2024 Games.

Ajay made a 16-element Indian street food chaat which included battered kale, artichoke chips, fruits, potato and peanut butter croquette, crispy rice flour boats and chutneys. Called Row Hard Or Row Home, the dish was inspired by Glasgow gold medal winner Dame Katherine Grainger.
