Robert Jinks was employed as a personal assistant at Enable Scotland when he subjected two of his colleagues to inappropriate behaviour, including licking one colleague's neck and slapping another on the bottom.
A Glasgow care worker has been struck off after sexually abusing and making inappropriate comments to two colleagues for more than a year.
Between April and June 2023, Mr Jinks was found to have licked his colleague on the neck four times. He also "cuddled his colleague" on multiple occasions between April and June 2023. Between March and November 2022, Mr Jinks told the same colleague he had "seen a car rocking" and "seen bare bums". He told the same coworker that while out on support, he had "seen a woman standing outside in a sexy nightie".
The decision reads: "You have made a number of inappropriate comments of a sexual nature towards your colleague ZZ, including asking ZZ about her sex life. This behaviour amounts to a failure to communicate appropriately with ZZ. You have also slapped ZZ’s bottom and put your arm around her to touch her lower back.
