A man is wanted by police after a high-speed car chase near a school.
A distinctive dark green hatchback car was flagged to stop by police on Kinfauns Drive around 1.20pm on Thursday .Officers launched a pursuit but the man was lost from sight as he raced towards Drumchapel Road.Constable Thomas McNeill from Drumchapel Police Station said: “The actions of the driver were extremely reckless and it is important that we identify and trace him.
“The incident occurred at lunchtime near a high school and a shopping precinct and was very busy at the time. “I am appealing for anyone who is able to identify the vehicle involved, particularly its registration number, to please get in touch. “I would also urge any motorists with dash-cams, who were in the area at the time, to check in case they have footage of the vehicle.Readers’ comments: You are personally liable for the content of any comments you upload to this website, so please act responsibly.
