The airport plan to close their staff car park near the terminal and relocate employee parking to the long stay car park in a move that has caused anger among workers.
Glasgow Airport have come under fire for its decision to close down the staff car park near the terminal and relocate it to the long-stay car park.
An online petition calling for the decision to be paused received 345 signatures just two hours after it launched. It is understood that the changes will come into effect from next month. Unite the Union have branded the move "unacceptable" and have warned of 'wider disruption' at the airport following this decision.
"Unite will be stepping up our efforts around this issue to find an acceptable remedy or there could be wider disruption on the cards at the airport."
