Lo Celso had a successful loan spell last season at La Liga outfit Villarreal, but his Tottenham career has stalled while Ange Postecoglou’s side thrives.
Hutton admits that Spurs are “crying out” for a player like Lo Celso, but claimed it’s time for him to move on.“I don’t see a future for him if I’m honest,”“I think Ange has been great in terms of giving people an opportunity, but I think the writing has been on the wall for a long time now. “It’s just not quite worked, he’s not quite been that fit. They’re crying out for someone like him, a creative player who can maybe see a pass or something a little bit different.
“But for whatever reason it’s not worked. He went out on loan to Villarreal and didn’t do too bad but coming back to Tottenham, I couldn’t see his future there.“It’s time for him to move on. He needs game time and I just don’t see it moving forward at Tottenham.”
