A special grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, is probing potential interference in the state's 2020 elections.
— The Georgia prosecutor examining former President Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the state's 2020 election results is seeking to compel several Trump allies, including Rudy Giuliani and Sen. Lindsey Graham, to testify before the special grand jury investigating the scheme.
An attorney for Giuliani said the former New York mayor has"not been served with a subpoena." A Graham spokesman did not immediately return a request for comment on Tuesday. "There is evidence that the Witness's appearance and testimony at the hearing was part of a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump Campaign to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere," the certificate said.
