George, Charlotte and Louis’ first day at school from smart uniform to Kate and William’s excitement
Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis started a new term at Lambrook School on Wednesday 7 September.
The royal couple dropped George, nine, Charlotte, seven, and four year old Louis off on their first day, with the family walking hand in hand as they approached the entrance together. Jonathan shook each child's hand, and told George: "Welcome George, welcome to Lambrook," before turning to Louis and saying: "Hello Louis, welcome."
The headmaster greeted her by saying: "Welcome Charlotte – lovely to have you with us. We’re very excited about the years ahead. Are you excited children – looking forward to it?"George is starting year five, while Louis is now attending full-time education for the first time and is starting in reception class in pre-prep.
