Gary Goldsmith, the maternal uncle of the Princess of Wales, has become the first housemate evicted from Celebrity Big Brother.
His exit came after the star broke down in tears as he explained he felt he had been vilified by the British public. In scenes that aired on ITV on Friday night, Gary acknowledged he has attracted negative press in the past - and fears he has been unable to discover inner peace as a result.
